This was the second E-file I’ve bought from Kiara Sky and the LAST. The first one worked fine for the first few months then started jerking. The second one didn’t even last a month. I was working on a client and went to change the drill bit. The drill got stuck on lock and wouldn’t let go of the previous bit. I have never done anything to damage this drill. It has always sat on my table safely. I didn’t want to mess with it so I contacted Amazon who told me to contact the distributor. The distributor told me to contact the manufacturer. And the manufacturer did not pick up or respond. I don’t usually write reviews but this particular situation made me incredibly upset. The product sucked. Customer service sucked even more. I highly suggest for anybody considering buying this product, to reconsider ... show more

As a nail technician, I would not recommend or buy this efile again. Way too many glitches and does not have enough power. I bought this hoping it would be a good efile for everyday use but unfortunately that hasn't been the case. The hand piece catches a lot while filing as it does not have enough power. The cord for the hand piece is entirely too long and very heavy, it also falls out of the plug often. The efile sparks everytime I plug it in as well. Aesthetically it is nice but practically not a good efile for professionals/everyday use. ... show more
