First off, I absolutely love this drill!!! It’s so smooth and quiet, light and easy to hold. I’m a pretty new nail tech so I don’t have experience with many other drills however of all the drills I’ve tried out this is my absolute favorite. It’s so user friendly and just great overall. The customer service also makes this drill so much more worth it. I started having a few minor issues with my drill randomly (it happens and I still love it), I contacted the melodysusie customer service and they were very friendly and quick to respond and the issue is being taken care of. Now that I’ve owned this drill for a while I wanted to do an update from my original review below. This drill is a game changer. It first I was kind of bummed that it didn’t have a stand but honestly, it is so amazing that it doesn’t even matter. I had no idea What I was missing. This is an excellent high-quality item that will speed up your home manicures like crazy. I had one of the other Melodie Susie for over a year and it finally started giving out so I bought this one. It’s now 4 months later and already giving me issues. Which sucks cause I splurged on this one

At first it was great. Working smoothly, no problem. Now it’s lagging, shortage and won’t even cut on. UPDATE : 5/25/23 Customer service is wonderful to deal with. This has been a dream to work with! It’s rechargeable and lightweight with a clip for the hand piece and on the back so I’m able to just clip it into a pocket on my work apron without weighing it down. The speeds are fantastic. The battery lasts quite a few sessions. I’m in love with this efile!

I bought this item I absolutely love it. It works very well! I did have an issue with it, but they worked with me and helped me get it replaced. My new one comes today I am excited to be able to use it again!
