This is an excellent product. The Headroom and height of this makes it a little more comfortable than the smaller ones. The power setting for the steam is also much simpler. I've owned four of these and so far this is my favorite.

For the price, this is great! I'm 6'1" and 255 lbs and fit comfortably inside, sitting on a small stool. I can also forego the stool and sit comfortably, cross legged inside. Heats up very quickly if you put already hot water in the unit. My 2 complaints are where the steam comes into the side can get very very hot blowing against my left leg. I've been bringing an additional stool into the tent to block my leg from the direct stream. I think I'll also try using the herbal box to redirect the steam stream and see if that helps. Also it is pretty difficult to get it to fold back into the travel bag. I just fold it flat and store it against the wall. Overall I'm very happy with the personal sauna and would recommend it to anyone. Pros: Cheap, portable, gets hot, spacious Cons: Steam will hurt if blows directly on you, is difficult to fully collapse back into travel bag. ... show more

Ok, so the first two times I used this, it got pretty warm, but not at all hot (the steam wasn't even hot coming out of the steam box). It finally started reaching a good temperature after the third use. There is also an issue with the leg holes. Leg holes, you say? Yes, those are NOT arm holes, but they are in fact LEG holes. I'm not kidding. The instruction booklet literally has a picture of someone inside, and then a second person on the outside with their legs in the holes to get a good steam on their shins. While I got a good laugh out of this, the reality is, those leg holes need to be completely closed, or else the steam will escape, and it won't get hot enough inside the tent. I had to cinche them closed, and then wrapped the excess string around it and tied it completely shut. I have Lyme, and bought this as part of my detox regimen. I wanted an infrared sauna, but the real ones are a bit too expensive for me, and the cheap ones catch fire! I feel much safer with the technology in this basic steam sauna, and the price is great for the use I'm getting out of it. My skin is looking GREAT, and I can tell I'm sweating a lot of stuff out of my pores. With my Lyme, though, I just have to be careful how long I stay in. While I may only feel mildly uncomfortable, if I stay too long, the moment I get out and the air hits my body, I feel like I might pass out. So those with health conditions, definitely be careful! 20 minutes is good if you can make it that long; I think that's my sweet spot. I can fold it in half to move it from one room to another, but I can't manage to fold it back up to its "travel" size (I'm worried about getting too rough with it and breaking it). But it is very easy to set up, only takes a few minutes. I don't have a lot of space in my home, so it's convenient to be able to put it up and take it down so easily. I hope I can get a lot of use out of this thing, as I plan to use it almost every day for at least a few months. This product was way better than I was expecting it to be. It produces a ton of steam and gets very hot. The only downside is that it is difficult to fold back up (I have yet to get it back in it's case) AND you MUST let it dry completely (leave it out even after you think it is dry) because if there is any moisture at all it will mildew. ... show more

I bought another one of these from one of their competitors and this one was a god send in comparison. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get going but once it does you will be glad you spent the money. The only real downside is the arm holes or whatever it is... thry dont seal up very well... also use a towel around your neck... you lose a lot of steam from there too! ... show more

I finally got this....it really is perfect for steaming and stores well. I wish i could fold it in bag easier. Also, would prefer it had arm option instead of zipper. This Makes my skin feel great and easier to stay moisturized. I will probably get a second one for spouse.
