Compared to a vac pac sealer the price difference in bags will pay for the chamber sealer with the savings from the bags with way better packaging from the new. At this point, I've probably used a few thousand of these bags (various sizes). And I have yet to have one of them break on me. I've had a few that didn't get a proper seal because I had too much in the bag when vacuum sealing it, but I've had no issues with any that have been pulled from my freezer or used when cooking via Sous Vide. At first I was hesitant to get these bags because I had it in my mind that it was less expensive to get them in rolls, however, per use these are so much cheaper. And I don't have to seal two sides closed. And also, it was not uncommon for me to have issues with the channel type bags not keeping their seals. The confidence alone in knowing these will do their job makes them worth it. If you're looking for good chamber bags, this brand is it. ... show more

I really liked the larger size and it has plenty of room. The nice thing is even thou you fill this up when you fill it and then remove stuff from the bag you can still re vac it again. I like that they are individual so I do not have to cut from a roll and then seal one end just to get your product into the bag to vacuum. ... show more
