For what it is, it’s easy to take out and put away. It’s not as simple as folding it, there is a little bit of hardware involved. From closed to open it’s under 5 minutes to put the hardware back. It’s great quality, extremely sturdy. My has had it for a couple months now and I can definitely say she loves it and it continues to challenge her in new ways. She loves the swing and the ladder. Our product arrived very quickly! The color was very nice and the quality of the material seemed nice, but a little soft. Upon inspection we found that some of the pieces were cracked or damaged. However, we saw the fed-ex guy drop the box, so we were unsure who was at fault. We reached out to the company who put us in contact with their Amazon rep. Reagan was extremely helpful. She replaced the more damaged pieces, but let us know that the smaller blemishes did not qualify. The replacement pieces arrived even faster and we were able to start building. Assembly was difficult to say the least. Some screw holes did not exactly match up and the main bars that skewer the ladders together were very difficult to get in. I would suggest waxing the bars before trying to push them through. Some pieces even had some metal coupling like pieces where the screws were meant to go. We assumed they made the screw holes too big, but this caused other issues with alignment. Luckily, Reagan had reached out to us again and gave us some assembly tips and we were finally able to finish our assembly. My 18 month old son loves climbing and swinging on this gym and so do his cousins! About 4 of them were on at all times, which was probably about 180-200 lbs. The bigger kids had no trouble swinging by themselves. We ended up get a different swing for our son though. All in all, we are pretty satisfied with our purchase, even more satisfied with customer service!

This gym set is nothing but amazing! Very high quality materials, to the point assembly instructions with very low margin for errors. If my toddler is nowhere to be found, one can find her climbing this gym. This has helped her build confidence and I am sure it helps her build algorithmic thinking and over time. All her friends love this! Get it for the holidays!

We’re 2 months in and love it! It took us some time to get it put together and we did have to reach out for some assistance ace, however, they were quick with a response and solution!! My LO loves it, he’s quite the climber! It’s very sturdy and easy to use. I love the fact that when we get tired of it, we can just fold it up and store it for later! We keep it inside mainly and place cushions on the floor around it for our little adventurer!! He’s one and uses most of the set! Worth the buy!

This playlset is extremely difficult to assemble as it has very poorly written instructions. It took 2 and a half days with 2 intelligent adults. It's a little unstable inside on a flat playroom floor. I am building more braces. I had to replace both swings with a rubber swing and rubber ball to make it safer. My grandson hurt his head twice the first day of use with the original swings. They were of very hard wood that bounced up and hit him in the head twice ( once each swing). I replaced with better rubber swings. It works as a good climber and playlet once together.

Issues we found: Picture #1 and #2 -> Parts B mentioned in Picture #2 were different from Parts B mentioned in Parts page (Picture#1) Picture #3 -> There are no parts/screws nor instruction on instruction book page 2 (03-2). (I didn't attached the page 2 of instruction book. Picture #4 -> Cracked wooden part/bar. This was not the only bar I found cracked. There were 2 more step bars for the ladder that were cracked, I found when I assembled the part. I was too exhausted to find them. I only found this and take a pic. Picture #5 -> Upclosed photo of the cracked part at the critical point/joint of the 2 ladders. Picture # 6 -> 3 holes for screws Part P where there are loose so the screws couldn't be tightened. Bad quality of precision and safety. WANNA RETURN BUT I REFUSED TO DISASSEMBLE IT, CONSIDERED HOW DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE IT.

My rough-and-tumble 5 & 3 year olds absolutely love this playset! It has multiple areas of entertainment and keeps them busy for hours at a time. One thing I would definitely say is to MAKE SURE you read the instructions thoroughly because we did have to take a few pieces apart a few different times.. it was tough but I finally got it figured out! Just try to pay as much attention to the instructions as possible.. word to the company, maybe make the instructions a little simpler, especially when the large pieces are together and need to be flipped around and situated. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend this playset! Very sturdy and high quality materials. A+++++

The product doesn’t collapse as easily as they make it seem (several support brackets have to be unscrewed and removed first). I also found the slide a bit dangerous, it’s really easy for a child to put their arms or legs out over the side and then get caught/jammed in the support. As others have mentioned, there were some errors in the instruction manual, but nothing that couldn’t be figured out. We still like owning it, but it needs some improvement
