This is great to protect colored hair from those sun rays that can change the color of your hair. If I know I’m going to be in the sun an apply a few squirts when hair is wet and I’ll be sun ready. I swim in an indoor pool about 3 times a week, and this product really protects my hair. A little goes a very long way- I have long hair, so I usually use about 4 spritzes. In the water, your hair feel really smooth.
