Over the years I’ve accumulated a set of six of these stools, and I highly recommend them. I prefer the stools over regular dining table chairs because my sons can’t lean back on them and destroy them (we went through a few dining chairs that way). Absolutely love these stools. I refinished a table that our littles sit at but needed a shorter height for bar stools. I wanted the 2 tone wood to match our current kitchen table. I couldn't find the 2 tone stools in the shorter height, so opted for unfinished so I could do them myself. They are solid and sturdy enough that everyone can enjoy. I bought to have as a spare seat but have been using as a little side table. As others mentioned, it has one slightly too short leg so there is a tiny wobble but I don't mind, especially for the price I paid. Solid, heavy wood construction.
