It was easy to assemble. I got the chair because I’m pregnant and wanted a new chair without the heavy price tag. It only got 3 stars for comfort because the back doesn’t recline at all even when foot stool is up but more importantly the massaging pieces stick out of the chair a bit so you can feel the hard “knots” that vibrate when you sit down so I have to put a pillow behind my back before I can sit or it kinda hurts. Everything was good until I had to attach the actual top part of the chair to the actual chair and it would latch because it had missing latch connectors i also didn’t see the screws but found them underneath the chair where the wiring was. the latch piece was still missing, i don’t feel like returning the chair but I would like to be reimbursed for having to buy the part, other than that the chair is comfortable and it’s working! ... show more

    • Good for the price but need adjustments when assembling
So far so good, only complaint really (they should write this on the instructions) is that when sliding the back onto the chair you have to take off the metal bracket on the back support and bend it to “slide” it into the bracket on the chair end. Had to use a bit of muscle to bend the bracket and used a rubber mallet and tap it into place. Other wise easy assembly and comfort for now will update down the road if need be. ... show more

    • Seat Is like sitting on a rock
His chair is so hard I have to put a pill on it sit on it. The reclining function is no good it does not stay back you have to continue to keep a foot on the floor I would not recommend this chair

Bought this for my expectant daughter for her nursery. While it will do the job did not find it to be the most comfortable chair. Also watch raising the foot rest, had to repair some wires after first use. Under chair wiring allowed a power box to get tangled in foot rest mechanism.

PROS: The product was shipped via Fedex so it arrived less than 5 days after purchase. The chair is comfortable and the massage & heater make the chair soothing. CONS: My issue is that the foot rest is short and not sturdy. This causes the chair to tilt forward and lean regardless of your weight. As a result, my 73 year old mother fell forward and she got so scared that she does not want to use the chair anymore. ... show more
