I hardly ever find the time to write reviews, but this product was such a good deal, I had to. I ordered 2 sets of this in hopes to redo my front porch and part of my backyard at the same time. There was only one other rating on this product, but without any written reviews, so I was a bit afraid to see what would show up. I was told that it would be delivered as early as one week from my order date, but it came in just 4 days! The boxes were heavy (about 80 pounds), but they were packed effectively. Everything was wrapped and cushioned well, so nothing was broken or bent when from either box. Assembly took me a little over an hour per set. It would have taken much longer to use the allen wrench provided, but luckily I had the right bit which made it much faster with my power drill. The best advice I can give is to not tighten the bolts until all of them are in position. All of the pieces and fastenings fit without much effort and they even provided a few extra bolts and washers. I still can't believe how much I got for the price. There was even a $50 coupon I was allowed to apply to the order. Everything is comfortable and appears to be well made. I can't wait until it's warm enough to sit outside and enjoy everything. (Red pillows in photo were not included and bench not shown. Bench is exactly like the chairs except double width.)
