I purchased two of these for me and my daughter. We went on our first ride and within 10 minutes the gear shifter located on the rear tire popped off and got stuck in the tire and I almost busted my face. It was nearly impossible to pull the gear shifter in the out of the spokes. I had to send my daughter back home on her bike, what she was afraid it would get her stuck, to get the car to come pick me in my bike up. As soon as I got home I took the bikes apart put them back in the box and sent them back. For the amount of money and we bought two I wasn't going to risk that happening to the second bike I didn't want either after that. I hope the best for anyone else who gets one. It's a beautiful bike, it started to ride smooth but as soon as I changed the gear located on the handlebar, that's when the trouble hit. I returned it but if they say it will take 20 to 30 days for my refund. So please be mindful when making a purchase like this. Be safe. ... show more

I am 5ft 3in. This bike does not work for me. The distance from seat to handle bar is short. Also the seat had to be raised to its max for my legs to extend - This bike works better for my 11 year old daughter. This bike is better for someone under 5 ft, in my opinion. . Bike frame does seem thin - but for the price it could be a great occasional bike - color is great ... show more

    • Bent, poor quality, and frustrating
As I unboxed and assembled the bike, I started noticing a few awkwardly cut corners. The metal used for the bolts was concerningly soft so that over time they'd likely need replacements, the paint coat around areas with threaded holes seemed rusty or like the metal itself was dirty, there were sticky fingerprints all over the back frame, and the components were partially but poorly assembled. What sealed the return for me ended up being the bent rear rack frame so it cannot be connected to the frame. Value for money: 0/5 (returned) Appearance: 2/5 (nice paint color, cheap looking leather color, shoddy chrome/metal) Adjustability: 3/5 (can easily swivel handles and adjust seat, but unwilling to test) Safety: 0/5 (I wouldn't trust giving this as a gift, too many poor quality components and complicated by the worst assembly guide I've ever opened) ... show more

Amazon advised us to order new bike, take missing part, and ship rest of bike back. That’s a lot of hassle. I was able to find manufacturer’s website and they sent missing clamp in a week. Still can’t recommend. What a hassle… AVOID! Missing parts (screws, seat post clamp, damaged box) and support page doesn’t work. Paint is chipped in several places, mud guards paint doesn’t match, feels flimsy and not worth the trouble. Since the box is stapled together, there’s no way to not destroy the box to get parts out (and no box, no return). Assembly is impossible without parts, frame is heavy, doesn’t feel comfortable, and color does not match. Amazon support was not particularly helpful. Garbage on wheels. Avoid. ... show more
