  • Great fishing backpack for any type of fishing
Color: Camouflage
The Piscifun Fishing Tackle Backpack has been an excellent addition to my fishing gear setup. After using it on several trips, I can honestly say it’s one of the most practical and well-thought-out fishing backpacks I’ve owned. It offers a great balance of storage space, comfort, durability, and organization without feeling overly bulky or heavy. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the material. The fabric feels tough and durable, with sturdy stitching and zippers that hold up well even when the bag is packed full. It seems designed to handle outdoor conditions, whether you’re fishing from the bank, dock, boat, or hiking into more remote spots. The water-resistant material is a huge plus because fishing gear inevitably gets exposed to moisture, dirt, and changing weather conditions. Storage and organization are where this backpack really shines. There are multiple compartments and pockets that make it easy to keep everything separated and accessible. I can fit tackle trays, tools, line, soft plastics, extra clothing, snacks, and personal items without the bag feeling disorganized. The main compartment is roomy enough for larger gear, while the smaller zippered pockets are perfect for hooks, weights, pliers, keys, and other essentials you want quick access to. The rod holder feature is extremely convenient and one of my favorite parts of the backpack. Being able to secure a rod to the side while walking keeps your hands free and makes moving from spot to spot much easier. It holds rods securely and feels stable while carrying the bag. Comfort was another pleasant surprise. Even when loaded with gear, the shoulder straps feel padded and supportive, and the back padding helps make longer walks much more comfortable. The backpack distributes weight nicely and doesn’t dig into your shoulders like some cheaper fishing bags do. I also appreciate how versatile it is. While it’s designed for fishing, it could easily double as an outdoor daypack for hiking, camping, or kayaking trips because of the amount of storage and durable construction. Overall, this is a very well-designed fishing backpack that offers excellent value for the money. It keeps gear organized, carries comfortably, and includes useful features that anglers will actually use. If you want a reliable tackle backpack with plenty of storage and a convenient rod holder, this is definitely worth considering. ... show more

  • Awesome Design, Great Features, Extremely Practical; Free Tackle Boxes Aren't the Best
Color: Black
I can't tell you what a great product this is, the person that designed it is obviously an angler, because there are so many useful features in this backpack for a fisherman. Got into fishing about 2 months ago, have been addicted ever since, and have severe tackle-itis. I needed a way to store, organize, and transport my tackle, and a backpack seemed like the ideal way to do that since I like to cover a lot of water when I fish and I'm constantly moving. First off, there are a LOT of pockets and a variety of different storage options (e.g., there's a top zipper pouch, a main pouch that has a clear zippered pocket in the lid, a lower tackle box pouch with a mesh zipper in the flap, and I could go on). The fact that there are so many separate storage locations makes organization a breeze. For example, I keep my hooks and some of my terminal tackle in the top pocket in ziplock bags, put my soft plastics in the main compartment (and keep my swimbaits in the clear zippered pocket in the lid to keep things organized), keep my line in one of the side pockets, scents in the other side pocket, and have my tackle boxes in the tackle box pocket (it fits 4x 3600 boxes in that pocket, but you can squeeze in a 5th or 2 smaller boxes if necessary). There are also 2 rod holder straps on the side, and a front pouch/flap thing that you can use for a larger item on the outside of the pack for quick access (I use it for my folding net) as well. And I could go on, since there are even MORE pockets than that on this backpack(!), but I think you get the point. There are a lot of storage options that make organizing your tackle a breeze (which saves time trying to find stuff on the water). The materials quality is pretty good, and the zippers work well. I've thrown the backpack around a bunch and it's held up just fine. There's also an integrated rain fly on the bottom so you can keep things dry should it start raining, and a hidden water bottle/can holder as well. The backpack also comes with several free tackle boxes, but these aren't the greatest. I won't ding the review at all, since the boxes were free, and the fact that the backpack itself is so great more than makes up for the less than ideal tackle boxes. The issue with the tackle boxes is that the dividers are a little loose when they slide into the box, so weights, hooks, or other tackle will end up making their way past the dividers and getting mixed together over time. That said, if you just want to throw some larger lures in there and you're careful with the box when you open it to make sure the dividers don't slip out, they'll work just fine. Overall, if you're looking for a fishing backpack that's well-made, well-designed, and capable of storing a huge amount of tackle, you've found it. Buy this backpack, you won't regret it. ... show more

  • Awesome Tackle Box to Go
Color: Camouflage
I had researched this type of backpack tackle box really well before purchasing. Besides looking really good this thing is super functional. I usually have at least one grandkid, and sometimes a couple of them. This box says that it holds 2 rod and reels. I usually have 3 with me, and it works great with all 3. The storage trays are organized really well and were definitely designed for fishing tackle. The padded straps are comfortable considering how much I usually take. It also has a nice size dry waterproof pocket with a zipper. It works great for sandwiches and snacks. I have purchased a second one just like this for my son. It’s still the best value for my money. I can’t wait to gift it to him. I am more than satisfied ... show more

  • Great bag for your fishing gear
Color: Veil Camouflage
Great quality bag. Lots of space for extra fishing gear. Hold a lot of items and my husband very much loves it. We upgraded his bag from a lunch box style to this and it's definitely better for him.

  • Great but has a design flaw.
Color: Veil Camouflage
Ok. I've only had it for a week or two now but have had it out a handful of times or more already. The pack overall is great. I like it. But, there's a couple things i do not like about it and it's kind of annoying. I'll tell you what that is. Some of the pocket open when unzipping at different positions. This probably doesnt make sense so I'll try to explain. I would like for me to be able to plans my pack on the ground or table and open up the zippers the same so that the pick out pocket i open the lids all flip the same direction. This way, i can open what i need to from multiple pockets, get what i need, and put everything back on at the same time and close everything up. But, you can't do that with this pack. If you open one pocket, and then another, your items will fall out of one or the other because the pockets don't open the same direction. So one pocket will have the opening at the bottom of the pocket for example, and another pocket will have the opening at the top. Why this is designed this way makes no sense to me. You can't stand your pack up end open multiple pockets, and you can't lay your back down and open multiple pockets or your stuff will fall out. You have to close certain pockets before opening another pocket to get what you need. Then close the new pocket, go back to the other one you just closed to reopen it, and do what you need and then reclose. Maybe this makes sense and maybe it doesn't. I'm not an anal type of guy so most things don't bother me but this is kind of annoying. The other thing is you will at times forget to close a pocket before opening a new one and you'll drop many of your things out of the pocket. All pockets should open the same direction so no matter how you lay your bag or stand it, you can open multiple pockets and none of your stuff falls out. Very simple to do but this is a design flaw on this pack. I am gonna replace it for a different pack very soon as it's just too annoying for me. Now that i think about it i should do it soon as I'm still within my 30 day return window. Other than that the pack is very nice. Zippers and everything is well made. It's comfortable to carry. Looks super cool. Love how the 2 rod holders allow the bottom of the rods to fit in BEHIND the pocket you put supplies in and you don't have to put them in front of the pocket like some bags do. When they're made like this you need to remove your rods just to get into the pocket. With this pack, you don't need to do that and you still have full room in your pocket to carry supplies. The rod handles don't push your pocket in claiming usable space. I would recommend but i can't simply because i think after awhile of dealing with dropping stuff out of your pockets as the openings are in different places you start to get annoyed like me. I would look at another pack where all pockets open either ontop, in front, or something of that sort. I am giving this pack 4 stars as it's still very nice despite its design flaw. ... show more
