Luckily there is a YouTube video of someone installing these because the instructions that come with them do not help at all. Once installed they seem solid. I used some thread locker on all the screws just to be safe and prevent anything from working it's way loose. After installation I took a test drive on the highway at 80-90 mph. I noticed zero wind noise and no kind of howling that can happen with crossbars at high speeds. Overall I'd say they are worth the money, but they need to provide better instructions.

The media could not be loaded. The instructions are really bad. Check out the video attached to the review to see how bad and to get my hopefully helpful instructions. I installed these a few months ago and haven't noticed any increase in noise, even at highway speeds. I just did my first drive with a kayak ratchet strapped straight to the bars and a place on the front and rear of my car. The bars didn't move at all, it's like they are factory installed. My previous experience with bars was on a sedan that had to have aftermarket towers and bars and these are so much better than those at a fraction of the price. Hardest part was getting things up and down but that's to be expected. Great product. Again, truly awful instructions.

The crossbars are sized to fit my 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV. When delivered, the instructions left a lot to be desired and parts were missing. The seller was very responsive: they sent me the missing parts and emailed me a video which showed a part of the instructions as well as a flyer that indicated the orientation of the cross bar which should have been labeled but wasn't. Our first step was attaching the crossbars to the side brackets. The screw should have been longer as it was hard to get it to thread into the connecting bar which reinforced the connection between the crossbars and the brackets. Once this was done, it was time to install the crossbars. Note: the car came with plastic screws that covered the threaded points on the factory rails. Be careful removing them. We broke the head off the first one and it was difficult to remove it. The brackets screw into the factory rails. The front rail was difficult to attach as the rails taper back but the brackets don't allow for that. The back rail was easier to attach. The last step needed is to tighten the screws that attach the crossbars to the brackets. The screws (which were left loose to facilitate mounting the crossbars, face downward so it is hard to get the allen wrench into the head of the screw. Needless to say, installing a Yakima or Thule rack is much easier but of course they are much more expensive. ps: we finally got everything tightened down. Perhaps the screw fastening the bars to the brackets could be tightened once it is determined the correct width between the factory rails. Complaints aside, the crossbars look good and appear to be well made.

So, i just leased a Brand new 2023 Bolt EUV! First off, I agree with everyone else, the Instructions SUCK!! absolutely useless! And getting the 'wing nut' in the channel and getting the screw through the hole into the wing but IN THE CHANNEL was a challenge.. But i'm always up for a good challenge! Description specifically states it Should fit.. My New Car! 2023 Bolt Premier EUV So, there is a slight skew on the front bar when installing this mount.. Ii originally thought it wasn't going to fit, but it does in fact fit just fine. and mounts very well.. You will need to leave everything loose in the front bar, and get all screws in, THEN tighten down. I do have to say also, the customer service is probably the best I've seen for a while from a seller on amazon. When i first got these units i didn't think they were going to fit, So i immediately requested a return, and left a NON-FIT review.. The Reseller reached out to me IMMEDIATELY, both to my return request and my Review.. They offered to send me a slightly different model, and worked with me tirelessly to make it right! in the end, after a little re-attempt with someone helping me, i was able to fully install these on my car.. The customer service and quick responses from the reseller were great, super fast and super helpful!!

I am an engineer and also very handy, I understand how things go together. On the pair of crossbars I recieved, there is a hex screw and mating gold plate that joins the feet to the crossbar. There is no slot or anywhere for the gold plate to sit in place, so unless you use magnets I dont see how you hold the plate in place in order to screw the he screw into the plate. In the video mentioned by other commenters, the racks have a slot for the gold plate that holds it in place. I also only received 3 screws when 4 are needed for assembly.

My husband was able to install this roof rack on our bolt euv. We have tried couple times on the highway and placed our canoe on the rack. Good deal comparing with other OEM roof rack. It was a bit hard to install. But other than that, nice looking roof rack.

The final install looks and works great. Stainless steel bolts for years of service. Minor issue was paint drips on the tube ends made it difficult to install and adjust the front bar. A little reworks and it finally fit.
