Also have the option to set them to motion detection so the charge stays good for even longer. They have a warm glow so at night it doesn't hurt your eyes. We bought a 2 pack, but we only use one in our kitchen. I figured I would just switch them out when one needed charging. Well, it's been over a year and a half, and I only switched once. It's on our fridge to provide a little light when grabbing something from the kitchen after dark. We keep it set for auto and low and it's lasted just over a year on a full charge. I now have 6 of these! They are perfect little night lights. Two in master bath, two on stairs, one in guest and half baths. Came in real handy the other night when we discovered the power was out due to storms. We just plucked off the little wall magnet so we could deal with our frighten dogs.
