I bought the Automend Pro on 3/7/21. I used it 2 times and it worked Great. The third time it will not work at all. No technical support, no more than 30 day warranty on this product. I expected it to last longer or I would not have bought it. Very disappointed.

Seems to be working great-- the results say my car doesn't have any issues at all- for a 2007 that's pretty good news! I just hope its accurate. But so far, so good. Easy to download and use the APP. The buyer does have the option to purchase additional services/information but the scan part to see if everything is working is FREE. I would recommend!

I'm using a stock Pixel 5 running fully updated Android 11 and I downloaded the app from the Google Play Store today, June 23, 2021, app version Version 0.8.26. This app is not well designed and implemented for Android at all. A proper app would have offered to autofill email, name, etc. The app does not integrate with cut and paste. Rarely worked. The app would not offer to autofill my email address when recognized while I was entering it. The app does not integrate with the Google password manager. Did not allow password manager to suggest a strong password when setting up email account. Password change form did not correctly use suggested strong password. Password entry field in some cases auto-capitalized the first letter. I was unable to pair it. There is no documentation on how to pair this device. I fact, the documentation completely omits the whole concept of pairing. It doesn't happen by itself. No pairing code is provided. When I finally gave up and attempted to remove the device, it came apart (see photo) and I had to pry the innards out of the connector. I called the US number for tech support but it went into a long message about Covid-19 causing shipping delays and told me to use chat for tech support without a clue on how to do that. I am returning the device.
