The wheel works. I’ve had an rollers before and this seems a lot more stable. Makes me wonder if it takes away from the exercise. On the other hand I don’t think I’ll break anytime soon.

I can't use it ... there's no place to hold onto it...no handles were in the package...maybe they are an added cost. After the review I was contacted and offered a replacement (or refund). Opted for replacement. It arrived within a few days. Great customer service. I use it dailey and am very hapy with the product and the experience.

I highly recommend. The recoil helps beginners and provide a way of doing quick repetition. It does give you a great workout. Also, I recently started using the phone holder. You have to place the phone vertically..otherwise iPhone 12 buttons shuts down the phone

This ab wheel kit is very effective in offering a good workout for your abs. The feature to retract is pretty helpful in causing the right resistance in the workout direction and it’s free to bring back to the mean position. Otherwise I did notice that the plastic chipped off when I exerted more force on one edge of the handle, so the quality is not great, but just decent, but I do like the idea of the retractable design.
