The comfort level is just right, supportive but still soft enough to feel cozy. It doesn’t sink too much, and I don’t wake up with back pain anymore. It also isolates motion really well, so if you share the bed, you won’t feel every little movement. For the price, the quality is surprisingly good. It feels durable and well-made, not cheap or flimsy at all. Definitely a great value compared to more expensive brands. This mattress is very comfortable and a little more firm then I expected it to be it has a small plush feel but to me it is very very firm on the harder side of firm to me. I would’ve liked something a little softer but it will due for now. It arrived a week early. There is no noise or movement to the other person when someone moves or tosses and turns. It reminds me of a hotel bed how when you first get in it it’s soft but then the foam lines up with your body parts. It expanded very fast and was easy to put on the bed. I will say I got the 14 inch and it is so heavy when putting sheets on and lifting my husband or daughter always has to help me so be mindful of that if you get the 14 inch.

Recently upgrade to a king bed and I didn’t want to spend over $500 for a mattress, so I figured I’d give Amazon a try. I’m honestly pleasantly surprised by this mattress! It’s not as soft as a usually like, but what I really like as a side sleeper is that it’s soft where you need to be (like your shoulder and hip) but it’s still supportive. If you have a significant other who tends to toss and turn at night this is a game changer, I can’t feel my husband moving at all, for all I know he could be jumping on the other side of the bed 🤣. Taking it out of the box was relatively easy, it does have some weight to it so be careful. It also comes in a relatively small box for the size of the mattress so I appreciated that. It expanded fully within 24hrs. So to wrap this up, if you’re looking for a nice supportive mattress that doesn’t cost an arm and leg this is a really strong option!
