As you might deduce from my Amazon account name, I game a lot. All on PC. It is my primary hobby. I've gone through a fair number of gaming chairs at various price points. Some lasted a long while, others less than a year when the chair piston (necessary for height adjustment) gave out. So far, this is the nicest gaming chair I've used. For one, the upholstery is real leather, not imitation leather. It looks and feels great. The seat cushion feels quite dense, which offers great support while still being quite comfortable. The seat back "hugs" my torso, which offers great support for long gaming sessions and it feels great. It also reclines. The arm rests are height adjustable and also rotate, which is essential for a gaming chair. (I use inexpensive memory foam arm covers on the arm rests, which I bought here on Amazon. They make a huge difference on any chair.) There's also a footrest that extends out for use and goes back under the seat when it's not needed. I don't tend to use the footrest while gaming but I do enjoy using it when I have reclined the seat back to watch movies or media. Chair assembly was OK. It would have been much better and taken less time with better instructions. The instruction manual has a QR code that is supposed to open into an installation video, but instead it takes you to the manufacturer's YouTube page, not to any specific installation video. The installation video shown on the Amazon listing for this chair is also not actually for this specific gaming chair. The individual parts were well packaged but lack stickers identifying them, which would have been helpful. The various screws and Allen wrenches also should have been separately labeled so you would know which applies to each step in the fairly vague instructions. I figured it out and you will too, but these issues shouldn't exist in a non-budget gaming chair. I would also recommend a power screw driver for assembly - they are inexpensive and a great time saver for any furniture assembly. A budget gaming chair is one that is generally less than $100. On average, the general price range for a decent gaming chair is anywhere between $200-$500, which puts this chair about in the middle of the range. The chair also has a "36-month parts replacement or repair service." (from the listing here.) Once you get past comfort and features, the real test for any gaming chair is its lifespan. Time is the ultimate test, but thus far I can say I love this gaming chair. My old computer chair finally gave up the ghost. Actually, the hydraulic cylinder just quit maintaining its height setting and I got tired of slowly being defeated by gravity. I thought, “No problem, I’ll simply switch out the hydraulic cylinder, right?” ...Nope. That thing was stuck tight in the base and would not release. So, I decided to replace the whole thing. I saw the listing on Amazon for this AutoFull C3 Gaming Chair and ordered one. This is a well designed, sturdy full-featured chair with an extra strong PVC base (over 2500 pound strength capacity) and steel support and framing. The chair itself has tough PU (polyurethane leather) that is actually stronger and wears longer than the real thing. (That’s why it’s used in vehicle interiors.) The seat is wide and comfortable and the back can go from fully upright to a 160 degree recline. And the foot rest attachment that can be extended from underneath the seat is simple to use. I’m a guy so, naturally, I didn’t look at the instruction video, just went by the assembly pictures on the accompanying parts list. But I do have a cordless drill and the right sized bits so I could disregard the little Allen wrenches that come with the chair. That saved quite a bit of assembly time. Here’s some advice: Forget the whole thing about attaching the wheels to the base at the beginning of the assembly. It will be easier to put the back on if you don’t have to worry about the chair seat and base rolling around on you. Save the wheels for last. I’m not a gamer but I do appreciate a good, fully adjustable computer chair. This one fills the bill. The one I ordered (white with gray and purple accents) is no longer available but AutoFull does have an updated version in gray listed on Amazon. I would highly recommend it. ... show more

I have tried several office chairs to try to find one that is comfortable sitting in for most of the day. Even though this is technically a Gaming Chair, it is the most comfortable chair I've tried. I let my son try it out since he games a lot, but I decided to keep it for myself. He was as comfortable as I am in it. The cushions are firm and feel great because it supports my back without feeling stiff. The arms adjust up and down as well as turn in out out so that the most comfortable position can be found. This chair is also a recliner with a foot rest. There is a lever on the side of the chair that allows the seat back to recline to an almost flat position. Of course the chair is adjustable in height as well, and has a very nice range. The headrest and lumbar support are adjustable, simply by sliding them up or down on the attached straps, as can be seen in the photos. I'm loving it and have never felt better supported in a chair. ... show more

This is a beautiful chair. It was relatively easy to set up. The chair itself is clean though. The angles are nice and overall it just looks fantastic. I got it for my roommate who is also a gamer. They needed a new chair and this one fit the bill. I've sat in it and it's much more comfortable than I was expecting. It reclines pretty much to a flat position as well.
