Very solid easy to use tool! Used on my 2018 Escape to do live data and release the rear calipers for a brake pad change. Overall easy to use and well worth the money! Can’t wait to use it again in the future!

I like how easy this tool is to use once everything has been updated the first time using it. Takes a bit of time for all the new updates to happen at first. But after that it's amazing to use. Haven't had a problem with it unless it's scanning a car that requires a Japan thing. Still haven't figured that one out but it's only on a handful of cars on the road today. But it works great for what I use it for. Especially because I work for a shop that requires me to use a better scanner like this to get into some of the more in depth scans to find out a problem with a car. And once fixed can go back to the same car and make sure it's fixed and clear out codes that need to be in order for it to make sure the issue was fixed the first time around

Does pretty much everything the higher priced scanners do, excellent value for the money. My only complaints are that the interface is unrefined and a bit clunky to use, and it can be slow to boot up. But thats to be expected from this price range, overall quite happy with it.

I have been on the fence about buying a scanner, after several product types of research, I made the decision to purchase the Autel Maxicom MK808, and after receiving the tablet and updates(which was very easy), I have used it on two personal vehicles that had some issues. I was able to not only clear the codes but was able to figure out the problems using the MK808, I have used high $$ machines and this will work right beside them all day long. Thanks, Autel for such a fine machine that will not break the bank and do the job, and much more

Worked great. Great for diagnostic work. Unfortunately if you have a Chrysler vehicle you have use adapter to get around their security module,(2018 and newer) or sign up for Auto Auth ($50 a year) . Was able to do a lot of procedures, that previously would have had to take to dealer for. Well worth the money.

I have a 2019 Winnebago View Motorhome built on a 2018 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis. This Autel scanner has already paid for itself. I was able to quickly troubleshoot a code for the airbag/restraint system. The scanner led me straight to the failure, a broken wire under the driver’s seat. I fixed the wire, reset the code and was on my way. Saved the hassle of having to go to the Mercedes dealer. This Autel scanner will also do the other vehicles I own. We don’t leave home in the motorhome without the scanner. It is worth every penny I paid for it.
