I recently expanded my repair business, so I purchased this to replace my Autel Elite, which I have used for three years. I did some research before I purchase, and it turns out the 2023 Ultra is the newest and highest level tool Autel offers. The customer service is helpful and patient both in presale and after sales and assisted me solve all my questions. The scanner arrived quickly, and the packaging is intact. I have used this Ultra for a while and found it lasts about seven to eight days with one charge. The coverage of models is also particularly comprehensive, some model support is to 2022. Some OE scanners can only diagnose one brand, but Ultra helps you run the repair shop business, it has the best value for its money. This tablet has 256G of memory, so I do not need to worry about running out of memory, which was a big headache for my shop.
