So I bought this on a whim as a last ditch attempt to fix a 2007 jeep diesel that i bought as a mech special. The previous owner spent a lot of money trying to resolve a fuel cutout issue but had given up. He stated that he thought the issue may be injector coding but had given up just short of investigating further. I got the jeep & did some troubleshooting on it but had an inadequate scan tool to check injector coding. I purchased this scan tool and it showed up with over 80% charge so i took it out and plugged it into the jeep. It was very user friendly & has a ton of functions. I navigated my way to the injector code reading section and saw all the codes were incorrect. I programmed the correct codes in and followed the prompts as needed to upload the right data to the ecm. With this completed, the jeep is now fixed & i have this tool to thank for it and can also use it on any other vehicles i have or can assist other. Very highly recommend giving this scan tool or other Autel products a look. Knowing also that you can email them a VIN & they will tell you which scan tool will perform the adequate tasks without overspending or under spending your budget is also great peace of mind

I manage 30+ fleet vehicles and this scanner has been amazing in helping me check and diagnose all kinds of issues and I’m constantly changing tpms sensors with it and I just got done programming some new keys for a coworker. Mine came w a scope and that’s been so useful as well. I just had a cheesy scanner befor and could only read codes now I can do just about everything I need to with this scanner and it’s so easy to use.

I bought this so i could reprogram key fob’s and tire pressure monitor relearn. This does all that and far more then i was expecting. If you are looking to do your own mechanics this is the tool that will do it all. Here is a kicker the company contacted me about a month after and offered me a free screen protector and a free quick scan tool as a thank you no strings attached. Awesome company and customer service. Buy this you won’t be disappointed. The screen is big and easy to navigate the functions. It comes with all cables for just about every make and model out there. The OB2 is wireless and can be connected directly with the supplied cable if necessary for certain functions. The hard case protects and houses all cables, chargers main unit and so on. I can’t say enough good about this tool. It also comes with an inspection camera.

There is a prolific amount of these scanners to pick from and not being a professional mechanic it is difficult to decide on which one is the correct choice for me. After many hours of study I chose the Autel Maxisys MS906TL it does almost all of the test that I will need to do and is a bi-directional scanner and will program some devices on the most vehicles. The price is more than I wanted to pay but the in the long run I do think the investment is going to be worth it. I have used it several time and it is easy to navigate through the menus and use to diagnosis engine codes and repair the problem.

Bought this tool to replace two older tools; an old Autel MaxiSys MY908 Pro and an Autel MaxiTPMS TS401. It has broader coverage, works faster and does almost as much as both these tools combined (if not more), all for not much more than paying for the latest updates on the MaxiSys would have been. Very happy with this purchase so far.

I purchased this item only to discover that some software functions illustrated in tutorial videos and online documentation did not exist on my unit. In particular, multiple references state to go to Data Manager and then Vehicle Management, but there is no "Vehicle Management" item. This is despite ensuring that all system software and apps were updated to the latest versions. After contacting Autel support and providing my scanner's serial number, I was told that my unit was an "overseas" version, and not a North American unit. As such, some software functions would not be available on my unit. Specifically, the option to manage your internal and external storage is not there. You cannot download or move any car manufacturer updates/packages from the internal storage to the SD card. For me, this alone makes this unit virtually unusable because I'm limited to the 32GB internal storage and I need to install MANY car manufacturer packages. Nowhere in the description or details did it mention that this was anything other than an assumed North America (USA) version of the scanner. I didn't even know there were different versions until I encountered the missing software options and contacted Autel support. Beware if you purchase this item--it might not be a fully-featured North American product.

I live without internet in my shop. I have good wifi at my house. but these want a connection when you are using them. Which mean I have to start in my house then drive to my shop, each time I want to use. not happening, I sent them back and got the Foxwell. pretty much the same and it doesn't ask for a connection each time I turn it on.
