This tool is very powerful and it has a great workflow to it. I have just barely scratched the surface of what it can do but I look forward to helping my friends and family out with their car related issues. I can bleed ABS systems, code batteries, etc. About Autel's customer service: I reached out to them after paying $929 for the bundle I bought and the next day it dropped down to $798.65. They responded to my inquiry the next day and immediately credited back the difference. I cannot think but this is the way business should be run and as such, they have earned referrals from me for their products moving forward. No question, that kind of support is hard to come by and I thank them very much for tending to this even though they did not have to. That is character if you ask me.

Awesome scanner used it multiple times to maintain and diagnose all my vehicles.auto scans most cars,Bluetooth is great just as fast as wired. Comes with good assortment of connectors and has a good case for the tablet. The ability to log different cars and refer back at a later date is awesome.would highly recommend.

Had a $12,000 snap on with $1200 year subscription, this $1800 and $600 subscription scanner makes all others look bad does so much More easy to use great battery life Wish speaker was louder and the search for Diagnostic codes is great

I bought this unit during the prime days and it was a very smooth purchase from Amazon, Autel Official/ Autel Direct. I bought the unit so can service my Porsche cars. I don't have any experience in using diag/scan tools and this was very easy to use and figure out. The menus are very user friendly and resetting my oil service light on my Porsche Macan was fast and easy. I did not have to put in any date and the MAXI PRO Mp900-BT system did that on it's own. Although the unit will require an update on the system OS, VCI(BT device) and car application before you use it. In order to update the software, you will have to register the unit first with Autel. Instructions that came with the unit are easy to follow. I will be using this unit to service my MACAN rear brakes next which requires to set the emergency parking brake in service mode. I will update this review again once I have used the unit more but so far this unit has worked out and I have already saved money. This unit is a must any DIY people.

We have several Autel scanners for use in our vehicles and our customer vehicles as well. We find these to be one of the easier scanners to use as there is a lot to choose from these days. At the same time these scanners have advance features that revival any of the other scanners out there. This is a good middle valve scanner that does a lot for the price. Their support is also good as I have reached out to Autel support in the past and they have provided prompt replies and service. So far so good. No complaints so far.

lots of great features and support for any vehicle you need to work on. intuitive software makes it easy to use. highly recommended for the small shop and diy-er looking to save money. i have had mine for 4 months with zero issues. buy it and don't look back.

I purchased the Autel scanner as an addition to two Snap-On Solus scanner as it is used in a professional full service automotive repair facility. There is a slight learning curve if you have been using a Snap-On scanner for years as we have been. Once we got used to the menu and options settings, the Autel scanner has become our preferred scanner to use. The Bluetooth connection to the ODBD2 connector really frees you up to move around the car without being restrained by a cable connection. This really useful when performing an EVAP test and you have to activate valves to see if they are leaking. The Autel scanner allows you to access more information and to perform more tests than a Snap-On scanner. The best part is that the Autel Scanner is less than half the price of a Snap-On. This scanner is a great tool and it is half the price of a Snap-On.

I sold my MK808S to move up to the MP900BT its is price higher but worth the cost , I am very pleased with the performance and was able to do what the MK808S could not. all in all great unit for high in trouble shooting.
