Device doesn’t have the advertised transmission fast learn. Tech support wasn’t very helpful. Couldn’t find my ticket that was submitted. Going on 6 business days with a device that cannot perform. Tech escalated to engineers who, I am told, have been on holiday since last week and will be in holiday for another week. Returning for another brand.

it has all the features I need, like bi-directional control ecu coding and programing, live data stream, online cloud storage, etc. the vehicle coverage is wide, the diagnosis is faster than I expected. I have used it on Doge RAM pickup trucks, Toyota Tacoma, and the sports car Chevrolet Camero, all were just smooth. highly recommended.

it is easy to use, not much things to learn, but it is professional. you know the cheaper scanner cann't do ECU coding or module programming, but this one does well. diagnosis is fast, big screen, large battery, it makes my job easier. I have tried on Ford, Honda, Toyota and Chevrolet vehicles, it works good for all of them.

I bought this scan tool because it supports ADAS, but need to purchase an extra software. It has FCA Access via AutoAuth, which gives me easy access to my Chrysler RAM 3500. Read/erase codes, view freeze frame, live data, active tests, coding and adaptions, all these features work well.
