Been using their products for 6 years now , their is goods and bads but overall it's a top shelf tool that withstands any competition at a professional level . Will definitely save you a lot of time and obviously a lot of money. Very user friendly interface, if you planning on going deeper into programming you will need to study a bit but there is plenty of material online and even Autel Tech Lessons and guidance. I personally did not experience any glitches with the device's period , my friends did though, they had some screen lag and stuff . Personally I own 4 devices and constantly using them on daily basis with no issue's so i would say it might be an user abuse. Beside that i assure you fill confident this is a good investment.

I bought this Autel because it has so many bi-directional functions that I use on a regular basis and the screen size is so much bigger, which makes using the machine easier on the eyes. If you plan to program modules, this is the tool for you with the J2534, included with the scanner. Many modules on automobiles must be programmed to function properly and this scan tool makes it a snap. The relearn can get you out of hot water sometimes but more often than not you have to program the module. If you plan to program keys, this will be a handy tool. I did check around and compared other scan tools with the Autel and I couldn't find a better scanner for the money. Since I have owned Autel's for years, I may just be partial to this scan tool but then again, Autel has never let me down and others have. I'm very happy with my purchase as I started to just keep using my old scan tool but this one had so many more functions and the best part for me, bigger screen, more bi-directional functions along with the option to program if you run into a problem and relearning won't fix it.

I used to have the Autel MK808S scan tool a few years ago. It's one of their smaller tools, and I could still check most modules and see the HV battery voltages and SOH. Great little tool, though it was missing some advanced features. However, the MK808S eventually wasn't cutting it for me anymore, especially when I needed to do programming. If you don't have a power supply or the exact right file and data for flashing, programming can get tricky. That's why l upgraded to the Elite Il Pro. The programming feature on this tool is not only reliable but also easy to use. Now I use this intelligent scanner to scan codes, collect live data, reset modules, and run active tests with no problems at all. I'd definitely recommend this tool to any professional technician looking for a high-end, reliable scanner.

Just opened up and this product so far looks amazing. Very big screen, and the box it comes in has great storage for all the separate cables that are includes. Very large scale functionality too, will be excited to use it for j box programming along with everything else this unit can do.

I‘m a technician on a tight budget and looking for a professional scanner for non GM vehicles. The main reason I choose Autel than other brands is that Autel has the best coverage for the money and most features for the money and most features for the money. I contacted their customer support for guidance in finding a cost-effective scanner that would meet my needs: programming modules, intelligent scan, programming keys and OEM function tests, turning functions on and off in the modules to test diagnose equipped with as many service functions as possible, and the update prices is also an issue on my budget. The helpful tech support suggested my trying out their latest model, the 2023 Elite II Pro, which offers two years of free updates and delivers on all my needs. I have used the scanner for more than two weeks, it does everything I need and yes it has extensive car coverage. I am grateful for their recommendation and pleased with my choice.

Very impressed with the Autel Elite II Pro. It has a true J2534 module. Which is very handy for factory level programming. It has a ton of bidirectional functions. It has a abundance of resets and relearn functions. It has a good battery life and a long screen for us older folks. I'm very happy with my purchase.
