Autel North America negotiated directly with AutoAuth to ensure North American(NA) tools can access the Secure Gateway (SGW) on these vehicles and perform actions restricted actions Non–NA tablets cannot be authorized under this agreement. If you have purchased the tablet, you can confirm its authenticity in the tool’s settings. Region may not be listed on legacy tools. Serial Number Authenticity Notice: Each tablet has a unique internal serial number logged before shipment. All returns will be inspected. If the serial number does not match our shipping record, the original unit shipped from us may be locked by the manufacturer’s system.
