Was looking for awhile now a good affordable car scanner and I seen this autel model . I’ve been pretty impressed so far . It reminds me of a tablet just alittle thicker . Operating it is very easy if you have basic computer or tablet skills . Screen display is nice and bright and you basically charge it with a usbc cable . It comes with a cord that goes into the obdii connector of your car . Updates are required for each new year car so if your the person that has older cars after 1996 you should be good for awhile to use it without the subscription . I’m learning how to navigate through it and it has abs bleeding and tps reading which is pretty cool features than a basic car reader . I’ve been overall pretty happy with this scanner

I bought this because I like doing my own maintenance on my car instead of running to a shop for every waning light I get, and I really enjoy fixing and having new car projects every few years, and this has been one of the tools I needed the most and it has been great so fat, it is fast and easy to navigate and it connects to my cars without any problems, the screen is good and the data makes it much easier to figure out what is actually going on so I can go straight to fix that part. I have already used this for resets and checking modules that a basic code reader couldn't see, it feels like a professional tool without being too complicated, I work on my own cars and this has been a great addition to my garage.

I really like this scanner. I've been trying to ind one that does a function I need, and of all the scanners I have tried, this is the best built, most professional, easiest to use, and even the fastest ! It very unfortunately doesn't do the one function (SRS resets on a Mercedes) that I need. I really really want a reason to keep this, but alas it must go back. But Autel - well done. In a market crowded with junk scanners - this stands out as one of the best I've seen.

Really happy with this scanner. I bought it to work on my own vehicles and it's been easy to use right out of the box. The active tests helped me track down an issue much faster than I could with a basic code reader, and the service functions have come in handy for oil resets and other maintenance. It's fast, responsive, and works with newer vehicles too. Definitely worth the money if you want more than a basic scan tool.

I've got 5 cars at home so I got the autel scanner mostly just to handle all of them. It just kinda stays in my truck most of the time, easy to grab when something happens on the road. Used for a while now. Honestly didn't expect it to be that useful but the bidirectional stuff actually helps a lot. You can just test things instead of guessing. Gave the mk900 car scan tool 5 stars cause it's been solid and already saved me money just doing stuff myself instead of shop visits. UI is probably what i like the most. Compared to the cheap scanners I had before this one is just easier to move around in. Not digging through menus forever, you just find stuff quick and keep going. Live data is good too, you get graphs and text so it's not just numbers everywhere. It works on my older cars too which surprised me a bit, wasn't sure about that at first. I used to buy cheaper ones and they always end up kinda annoying to use, this one just feels more usable day to day.
