This tripod does the job for my Canon DSLR. Took a few minutes to acclimate the adjustments, then it was a matter of aiming to get the total solar eclipse! Lightweight and made of plastic, but is very good quality and ideal that can support professional camera equipment without the weight bearing down. Generous adjustments that lock on tight. Sturdiness is good, but could use some rubber feet, which would be helpful if were included as an option. I think this was a good purchase, and for those wanting a quality budget tripod, this one fits the bill just fine. I did not use the smartphone accessory though, which can be attached to the removable node you twist into bottom of your camera.

I originally purchased this tripod to mount a tablet for a zoom meeting. For subsequent zoom meetings I've used it with a cell phone and a webcam. For each of these it has worked well. I have not tried it yet with my big camera (I had previously purchased a much heavier tripod for that use). A big plus is the light weight of the tripod -- much lighter to carry than the heavy one I had purchased for the camera, but equally easy to set up with its quick release legs. I like that it is sturdy enough to comfortably support my tablet (something I would not trust to a lighter cell phone tripod). My only negative is the space taken by the tripod legs when using them fully extended in a small space. Recently I lost the tripod's quick release plate and contacted Aureday's customer service to see if it would be possible to purchase a replacement quick release plate. They responded promptly and I received the replacement three days later. Kudos to them for their excellent customer service!

PROS: This is a fully-featured tripod at a low price. It's light and simple to assemble/use. It is really tall. It can get above eye level. It can also collapse down to be very low. It is small for transport. The listing says 28", but I measure the collapsed form to be under 23" long. It is light. It has a bubble level built-in and the feet have "ankles" so it can be sturdy and level on natural terrain. The phone holder is strong and grippy, although I chose to use my own. I haven't used the Bluetooth button, but it could be useful in some cases. CONS: Horizontal pan is sticky even at the lowest friction level. The joint has a much greater static friction than dynamic friction, so you need to apply more force to un-stick it from stationary and then it jerks forward and your shot is ruined. Tripod is pretty stable on its own, but due to its light weight some shakiness is added when it is touched. When panning, I usually use my other hand to hold the rest of the tripod down. The jointed handle on the center column is uncomfortable to hold. They should add some soft material to it or make it more rigid. I prefer to just grab it by the leg, which is covered in felt. I will update this review if I run into any more issues. If you're reading this, I haven't had any more trouble with it so far. CONCLUSION: This is a good and cheap tripod to get into photography or filmmaking. It is very flexible with its size and versatility. I hope it lasts me for years.

Tripod came as promised. Comes with case, camera attachment, and a phone attachment. Decent quality, well made. Set up it surprisingly easy as well as fast. First time using it the fire alarm went off and I was able to take it down, store it and camera in less than a minute. We got the all clear to return and set up was just as quick. It has several height adjustments as well as small fine tune adjustments for everything in between. Overall Im very satisfied with this.

Fantastic Beginners product for those who are using a standard DSLR or camcorder. Has a very solid build despite the price which I was very happy about. The structure holds well and since it's made of lighter material, allows for easy movement and transport. Only issue on my end was with the phone mount attachment, was a bit spongy but if you're taking a casual picture or just doing headshots/portraits you should be alright. Be aware, swivel movement side to side for video is a little stiff and up and down is very rigid. Great for linear/planar shots but if for videography with lots of moving parts, not the most ideal. All in all, amazing intro tripod and great for stationary work, definitely recommend! Edit: Sponginess resolved! Remove the quick release to get more threading allowing for better stability with both the phone-mount attachment and any camera (in case the threading may appear to be too short for your particular kit). Outside of that and some quick tuning of the gears, vertical movement very fluid and horizontal can get a little bit better for ease of shots. Hope you find this helpful!

I recently purchased the 74’’ Camera Tripod with Travel Bag, Cell Phone Tripod with Wireless Remote, and Phone Holder for my young daughters who love making YouTube videos. I have to say, it's been a hit! Bought this to use for my outdoor movie projector. It is light weight and easy to use. Seems a little flimsy when legs are fully extended so I'm not sure how it would be if it was really windy outside. I use it under a covered porch and it has been stable so far. Good product for the price.
