I got this handle for my GoPro for a cruise we took. I wasn't sure if it would be long enough but it was perfect for taking videos while on excursions without being too overtly touristy. Most of the time I kept the handle collapsed but if I needed to get over the heads of other people in our group, that extra few inches of length was just right and I didn't feel like I was being intrusive on the other people's experience on the excursions. It was easy to extend and collapse. I also liked that it stayed extended for long periods of time without slowly shrinking back on itself (this was a common complaint I saw on simular go pro grips when I was shopping around). The tripod feature was nice to have occasionally but I didn't use it as much as I thought I would. I guess it depends on the situation? The really nice part is, if you DO find yourself wanting to set the camera down, you don't have to waste time swapping from hand grip to a tripod and you don't need to carry extra accessories around. If you want a tripod, you have it with you. If you don't want to use it as a tripod, the grip still feels great in your hand. I spent literally hours filming our island excursions and my hand didn't get tired from holding this grip. It has a slightly rubberized feel which makes it comfortable to hold and easy to grip (even in high humidity placed like tropical islands!) I would definitely recommend this product! I'm very glad I had it to capture vacation memories.

I needed a small tripod for my GoPro and wanted something affordable but not too inexpensive because GoPro's are not cheap and I did not want something that was so fragile that my GoPro could end up getting damaged. I think this is adequate for what my needs are. I like that it's also a selfie stick but like that it doesn't extend too much; I just need it for occasional vlogging and it seems sturdy enough and I'm happy with it.

Excelente soporte. Yo lo utilizo con mi Dji Osmo Action 5 Pro. Me encanta que es súper cómodo en la mano y que no es muy grande, lo que me ayuda a ser más discreta cuando quiero grabar en público y que lo puedo guardar en cualquier bolso. I purchased this because of the reviews and thought wow, I am going to get a rather long selfie-stick. This thing in reality is a joke, its 5" extended and you can't really do anything with it, except use it as a tripod which it is very well-made. I gather no more than $5.
