The AUA Modern LED Floor Lamp is in many respects a well-constructed lamp. The base is quite heavy and should make the floor lamp very stable. I was also impressed by how easily the tubing parts went together. Usually with these kinds of lamps the threads do not have tight tolerances and bind when you try and screw them together. Not so here; everything went together very smoothly. I did have to finish screwing the lamp to the base with the lamp propped up on a chair; The cord winding around and around was annoying and it was easier to finally turn the base instead of the tower part. The lamp has an interesting switching mode. The top has a lit up on-off symbol. You tap the top to turn it on and then press and hold on the top to work the dimmer. You hold it until it gets to full brightness. It took me a couple of seconds to realize that to dim it you press it again and it dims. Then a tap and it turns off. It works fine. The only part of the lamp that felt less than high quality are the plastic diffusers. One of them did bind going on and it appears to me that they block more of the light than I would expect. When bringing up the brightness I couldn’t be sure when it hit the top because it was not very bright. I’m also not sure I agree that the lights are a warm, 3000K. They look closer to daylight, 5000K to me. But that is a subjective evaluation, for sure. From my perspective this is more of an accent lamp; it just does not throw enough illumination at full brightness and I think it’s the plastic diffusers. The Amazon page is correct; you can start directly at it and it won’t hurt your eyes – not because of the color temp; there’s not enough light getting through. Bottom line: the lamp is very well made and very easy to put together but it’s let down by the plastic diffusers. I hope the seller comes up with a better solution to an otherwise very well made lamp.

Overall, this floor lamp looks nice when assembled, and the assembly was fairly easy. I like that it's not really tall, which makes it more stable. The base is very heavy, adding to the stability. I like that the fixtures are adjustable. It will work well as a floor lamp near a chair for reading or computer work or doom-scrolling/social media or whatever. I also like that to turn it on, you just put your finger on the top of the pole (it's heat-sensitive). And that sensor lights up blue when it's off so it's easy to locate in the dark. I was a little bummed this light isn't brighter, but after a couple nights using this, it has really grown on me. With many lights nowadays, the LEDs are almost too bright. The thing I don't like about LEDs is that they don't have that warm, soft, yellow-ish color of (the extinct) incandescent light bulbs. This lamp seems to capture that old soft warm look. Maybe the "3000k warm and soft lighting" from the description is what I need to look for in lights when I want that type of light. The fixtures look nice (although one arrived with a crack in it, but it's not noticeable with the light on), but because they are plastic, they capture dust and accentuate scuffs, and if you use the wrong cloth or cleaning product, you could permanently scuff them. Ideally, this product would be great if these were glass, but maybe that would have made this too expensive. If you're looking to light up a whole room, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a relaxing light (that is still plenty bright to light up a corner or by a chair), then this is a really nice product.

This is not a good lamp if you need to light a room with a large area. This lamp is more for like a reading corner or an oversized night-light. The base is very sturdy and I like the "touch to turn off" feature, so that's a plus. It pretty much only lights a small area that surrounds the lamp and is good for the aesthetics more than functionality.

There is a lot to like about this Floor Light, The base and frame are solid and sharp looking stainless steel, it was easy to assemble, the overall retro/vintage look is very cool, the off/on switch is a double use touch button on the very top of the light, one quick tap turns on the light and one long /hold press will adjust the brightness, some concerns are the cheap plastic shades are not as nice quality as the rest of the lamp, but does look nice, The LED disks in the light, don't look like they can be replaced (I could be wrong, but could find no info stating otherwise) so when the LEDs die, the light becomes a paperweight. The current price with a coupon discount makes this very affordable buy right now, better then an IKEA light which would be double the price. so as long as the LEDs last, this is a cool light.

The media could not be loaded. This lamp is honestly pretty awesome!! I read the reviews and they made it seem a lot more flimsy and dim than it really is. At it's brightest it lights up the living room bright enough to see everything but not so bright that it's like annoying lol. I honestly love it so much. It was easy to put together, you just have to screw everything together. The power cord is long enough to stretch almost the length of my whole couch. The base is super heavy though, like way heavier than I thought it'd be, so it was kinda hard on my bad joints to move it, but I made it work. To turn it on or off you just lightly touch the top, and to turn the brightness up or down you just long press until it's at the brightness you want. It's super easy!! I can't explain how much I love the convenience, style, and overall design of this lamp! 10/10 recommend!

The shades are super cute and a clear glass the highest perfect not too tall not too short. It’s got a sleek design so doesn’t take up much space perfect for beside your bed.
