I up'd my rating on this from 4 to 5 now that I have had them a while (4). They are easy to install and I like the fact that they will illuminate when something comes into the zone, animal or person. I also like that they a no maintenance. I placed them in dark areas and appreciate when they come on, whether its me, my dog, or something else. I had a small issue with one of them and contacted the company to correct. They were very professional and rushed me a replacement, more than I had requested.     • Slightly cheap, limited adjustability:
I purchased these two security lights to illuminate my backyard and a detached garage entry door. Coming out of the box the units appeared just like the Amazon photos, no surprises, and your typical cheaper run-of-the-mill Chinese plastic assemblies. Complaint 1. Installation was very easy EXCEPT for the fact that 3 of the 4 included screws snapped off at the head during installation. Starter holes had been drilled, and the screws were only 2/3 of the way run in when they sheared. Virtually no torque had yet been applied. Climbed off the ladder and got some better screws to complete the jobs. Complaint 2. The solar panel is adjustable, but only in the horizontal, and is a maximum of perhaps 30 degrees. It is NOT adjustable from left to right. Mounting on a southern facing eave or wall would present no problems, but if you are mounting an east/west orientation you cannot swivel the solar panel south in order to obtain the best line-of-sight to stronger, more direct sunlight. Complaint 3. The unit has only one switch, and it is power on/off. It lacks any switches to manually control modes of operation, brightness, sensitivity, or timer; everything must be selected/set up using the remote. If your remote is received with a dead battery (insert snarky comment here) you will be heading to the store for a replacement CR2025 disc battery. Could I have returned the units? Yes. Could I have ordered something else and hoped for better results? Yes. Was it worth it to me to do so? At $19 apiece for these lights I can't say I expected world class construction or even legible instructions. Now that the items are mounted, charged, and have been operating for a week, I'd probably spend a little more dinero next time in order to avoid the issues I discovered with these Atronor lights. **UPDATE 3/6/2023** The manufacturer contacted me based on this review and worked to achieve a resolution that works out a bit better for the both of us. ... show more

Very easy to mount on the side of the house. Remote works well for changing the settings. Sensor range is only 12 feet and output is definitely not 2800 lumens.

    • A Security Bargain with Limitations
Although the price for 2 units on Special was a bargain there are definite flaws in design. Let us begin with the positives: 1) The price while on Special (2 days later the price leaped by I’ve $12.00) 2) Very easy to mount and aim. Fits perfectly on a 4x4 post. 3) After a good day in the sun, the 3 light pods are intense. We set our lights in position 3: Off until sensors detect movement and then full bright. The negatives: 1) The mounting bracket system is lose and weak. It would never stand up to a gust of wind. My advice is skip the bracket system entirely and mount directly onto the post or side of house. 2) The adjustment range is very limited. 3) The directions are impenetrable: They make no sense and at times self-contradictory. In conclusion: If you are able to find this pair of lights on Special, then buy them. If not, there a numerous other choices that are a more robust choice. ... show more
