I'm on the hunt for the perfect pair of lounge shorts that are comfortable for at home, but still look well enough put together that I can go out in public without looking like a bum. So far, these seem like a great candidate. They're very comfortable and have the right amount of stretch, and the elastic waistband is good enough that I don't need to tie the drawstring to keep them up. They also fit just as I expected. I'm not thrilled about the fact that they're 40% polyester, but it's better than 100% I guess. However, the reason for 4 stars is that the pockets are not positioned in a good place. They are at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions instead of the 10 and 2 o'clock positions, which is a more natural and comfortable placement. Also, the pockets could be a bit deeper. My phone sticks out just a bit from the pocket which isn't a huge issue but just something to note. I will update after washing and wearing a few times to see how they hold up.

I'm very pleased with these shorts. The sewing and materials are better than I expected. The waist band is wide. The drawstring is robust and is not sewn in. The pockets are fairly deep. I expect to be purchasing more in the future.

to give credit where credit is due. i bought this 3 pack. the shorts themselves are comfortable and nice. the company is atrocious. 2 of the 3 pair that i received are great. the black pair in the set just didn’t fit right, so i found myself not wearing them, i wore the other 2 pair frequently. the other day, i grabbed the black pair and tried to figure out why 2 pair fit perfectly and this pair did not. i then realized that they were manufactured backwards. i will include a photo. these shorts have a drawstring. the drawing comes out at the back where the tag is sewn. i purchased this 3 pack on August 22, 2022. i realized the faulty manufacturing on October 14, 2022. and contacted them to let them know. i told them my problem. i didn’t want a refund. i would just like 1 pair (not all 3) to replace the defective pair that was sent to me, and their response was, sorry it is passed the 30 return period. it would be one thing if i just procrastinated and then decided that i didn’t like them. that would be on me. but you don’t expect to have a product that is made incorrectly sent to you. as soon as i discovered their error i pointed it out, but they are completely unwilling to make the situation right. so… go ahead and buy from this company if you want. but they have terrible business ethics.
