Love it. Fit: only had to sand just a little off for sub to fit hole but fits tight. Build quality: the build quality is superb, front is 3/4 in and all sides are 3/4 in as well Size: size is big enough for good hard hitting sound but small enough to fit in some tighter places. I bought this box for an 10” that i just installed. I feel like some of the reviews i read were misleading, once it arrived I measured out all of the box and all measurements matched what was described. The box looks and sounds great. I will admit that the box has a lumber smell but that should be expected…. This box is really really good quality for what it is, any sheet of wood now is just about the same price plus the time spent building and designing a box. Box looks well made, luckily no shipping damage, it was only in a tight fitting thin box. Only problem is the wire cup is crooked. Don't know why someone would got to all the trouble to make this thing look as nice as it does then screw up the last part. Just tape the cup and screws to the inside so those of use who care can do it themselves ... show more

    • Decent box, BUT......
This box is decent. Ill be the first to admit there is some false advertising as the thickness described changes depending where you're reading it. But the box its self is well made and heavy. BUT The "trick glue" they use stinks, and badly to. I park my car in the garage and I have to leave the windows cracked so the smell doesnt overwhelm you when you open the door. The shipping is not even good enough to called "a joke". They put the speaker box into a cardboard box approx 1/4" thick with no padding at all. Zero just 1/4" of cardboard. Well this box is heavy 35-40lbs with no speaker. So as you can guess every corner on the speaker box is smashed and carpet ripped. In the end I feel like I was ripped off and am going to replace this. Which is to bad because the sound is good. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM NOR WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN ... show more
