It's not the most powerful, but it gets the job done. I dig how you can quickly go from diode to IR laser. So there is pretty much nothing you can't etch or carve. I also like how compact it is, but if you need to hit a bigger piece, you can remove the bottom plate and sit the engraver on top of whatever you're working on and carve/etch away! Seems to be durable too as I've been running it nonstop for over 2 weeks now and it keeps chugging. Also, their customer service is fast to get back to you with answers if you contact them and their English is really good.

Buen producto pero el soporte técnico da mucho que desear desafortunadamente perdí la micro sd del fireware les escribí me pidieron los datos de la máquina y cuando la compré pero ya vas 5 días y aún no me responden y no puedo hacer nada con la máquina solo pregunto porque tienen que poner dos memorias de seguridad un usb es suficiente mas no una micro sd
