I would recommend this mount for those who want a flush TV mount directly on a stud. It has varying sizes for different VESA patterns. It seems very sturdy. The mount is actually two pieces, one piece you mount to the wall, and one piece that you attach to the TV. Then you have to line up the TV portion and slide it back into the wall piece. After that you have to secure the two parts together with two small screws at the top. Also this is one of the cheapest mounts I have seen. What you will need to mount: Stud Finder/Pencil Power Drill/Driver Magnetic Phillips Screw Driver Extra person to help hang the TV depending on size/weight of TV Pros: The TV I mounted is flush with the wall. This is mount is solid metal, it is very sturdy. I have no worries about the TV going anywhere. Directions were easy to follow (pictures only) Price. Cons: You must mount this directly on a stud. The last step requires you to reach behind the very small space between the TV and the wall to secure the TV to the mount. I would recommend having a long magnetic Phillips screw driver for this. It was very frustrating. I ended up putting the extra spacer in the TV part to give myself a little more room.

Had a different bracket that wasn't very secure for all the vibration and jostling that happens in a motorhome. This unit has a low profile and is nice and secure. Nice upgrade for us, and very affordable

I needed an ultra slim mount to mount a TV in a recessed cavity on a RV. The cavity was an external compartment so it also had a door. My first challenge was finding a TV that would fit the width of the rather small opening, but also have a narrow depth to leave room for a mount. After finding the widest and most slim TV possible (small TVs seem to have greater depth than the larger ones for some reason) I then had to find a mount that would work within the remaining 1/2 inch or so room in the cavity. I really wanted an articulating arm type mount but I could find nothing even close to 1/2 inch. I settled on going with a fixed mount but even those would average an inch or more in depth. I probably tried 6 or 7 mounts before finding this one. The depth was right at 1/2 inch and seemed like it might work so decided to try it. This mount delivered in terms of being within the narrow depth I needed so it worked perfectly for my needs in that it holds the TV in a secure fashion and allows the door covering the cavity to be closed and locked. The problems I have with it were: 1) the built in level kept popping off during the several times I had to put the tv in the bracket; and 2) it is very difficult to get the two screws in the top of the bracket after the tv is mounted. These two screws were a must in my application because I didn’t want the TV to come off the bracket while the RV was in transit. I probably spent 30 mins at the end of the installation just trying to get these screws in. So be aware. All in all I’m giving it 4 stars because it fit my needs after a really long time searching for a solution, but I dread having to remove the two screws again for finish work I know I’ll need to do soon.

I needed a tv hanger that had zero clearance. This one is with the slop included about 5/8". It was close to perfect for my need. Sturdy, easy to install. I chose to use 3/16 Toggle bolts instead of the anchors provided so if I have to patch the holes down the road, it will be easier. If you need a fixed wall tv hanger, this one is great. I would buy another.

We found the tools we needed got the TV out got the mountain put the mount on the wall attached the holder to the back of the TV put it up there perfect the 1st time and I don't even do a lot of handiwork so it's that simple would buy it again in a heartbeat
