After shopping around for I don't know how long I finally came upon these two (yes TWO) cabinets. I was looking for a dresser but they were too expensive so I decided to look for a more unconventional approach to a dresser and this was it. Honestly best choice I could have made on a budget. The pieces are well made, no scratches and everything was packaged perfectly. I was super happy that nothing came damaged and each box was light enough that I didn't have to struggle to get in my house. All pieces were accounted for and instructions were super clear and easy to understand. I go based on the images in instructions because it helps me when I don't quite get the wording. Everything was clear and the images really helped with assembly. Extra pieces included which was amazing because not many sellers do that these days so you have to buy more pieces. NOT THIS SELLER! They are tall enough that I can use as a dresser to put things on and reach with great accessibility and they are wide enough that I can fit three clothing stacks of jeans, shirts, or even baskets comfortably in them. I think I even ran out of space and my previous dresser could never hold this much clothing. I know they are meant for dining room but honestly I feel like it gives my room a much needed upgrade to a more modern look and a much needed solution for storage of my clothes or other items I use regularly. I am so excited for this purchase! It arrived a couple days sooner than stated. I assembled it by myself but it did take a few hours to do both units. The instructions were clear and I didn’t have any issues. The door alignment wasn’t difficult at all. I just followed the adjustment instructions that are included and I have no gaps where the doors meet. I needed extra storage because I realized after moving in that my new place didn’t have a linen closet. This is very pleasing to the eye and will be able to store so much! I made a mistake of not measuring and the furniture is a bit too deep for my space. And it's nothing more than a cheap product that you might find in Walmart. It was fairly easy to build but doors didn't line up perfectly. I will need to make adjustment. However, I may just repaint another cabinet I was using and donate this one. I'm not faulting anyone because the cost should have alerted me to what I would be getting. ... show more

Putting things together is not my strength, and I always had my husband to help. But he's with the LORD now, and I am on my own.

The CARPETNAL Side Board Buffet Cabinet took me longer than 30 minutes to assemble. First, I unboxed the parts, read and reread the instruction photos, sorted the bags of screws and fittings, and laid out all the cabinet pieces. The hardest part for me was fitting the THIN particleboard backing into the cabinet’s back slot, but I made it fit! I would have preferred the backing to be black on both sides so it would look finished as a free-standing buffet… but I will use some wallpaper to make it look finished. I wish the CARPETNAL Company provided a “step-by-step video” for those of us who need visual guidance. The cabinet's affordable price is a BONUS! I LOVE my assembled CARPETNAL Side Board Buffet Cabinet, and I think I shall order a second one to put beside it to finish my office area. Highly RECOMMENDED! ... show more
