We ordered a sound mixer board from Musysic, a third party seller. We purchased an extended 4 yr. protection plan from Asurion. Glad we did! 8 months later, the mixer failed. I reached out to Asurion and they promptly took action. We ended up sending it back 3 times. Asurion informed us it could not be repaired and issued us a gift card for the amount of the mixer. We so appreciated that! You might want to stay away from purchasing a product from this 3rd party seller.(MUSYSIC)..... They posted as new but Asurion told us it had been refurbished. So glad we took out that extended warranty cause you never know when you make a electronics purchase!

Purchased warranty (ASURION WARENTY PRODUCTION) failed, promised a Check in my name, lied, did not send check. Now trying to send me gift card when I payed with hard earned cash. I just wanted my money back "after they promised it" which I " recorded"multiple reps telling me over the phone & in text so I'll be handing over to my law firm. Now it's gonna cost Asurion $10,000.00 instead of $800.00 refund. I also had another product which failed which they were responsible for replacing or returning my money and still had 2 years left on warrenty and they denied it. The neck was separating from bridge on bass guitar brand new, they don't have lutheriers which are professional guitar repairmen. So if you're gonna buy any type of guitar or musical instruments don't buy the warranty because they won't honor it. ASURION does not employ anybody to fix or repair musical instruments that are certified professionals. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I’m so glad I ordered insurance for my product because it was $400 and asurion covered the $400 because my speaker could not get repaired and they were able to refund me after almost 2 years of having my product which I was able to buy another one with insurance,Thank you.

Don’t know how this happened. We’ve used it a few times and went to use again and found it was broken. Who knows how it happened. Either way I got in contact with Asurion and they emailed me a shipping label to send back the broken product. Within the week I was given a credit for the full amount of purchase. Very happy they were able to do this and I was able to buy another bowl

They don't repair anything they just give you a refund. It's hard to find the customer service phone # but once the broken product is received at the UPS store they issue the refund immediately.

When our snare drum broke the refunded the entire amount of the drum set! Can’t beat the price the plan was well worth every penny spent and customer service was fast and efficient and very friendly
