Blendjet for smoothies. Wonderful device when it works. Sadly, my third purchase. First one lasted 3 years and then it was recalled for defective fire hazard potential (I sent it back even though it was still working). Second one stopped charging about 18 months after purchase. And third one after 2 months, stopped charging. I won't buy anymore even though the price is very reasonable, even if it lasts only a year, but 2 months was rather unreasonable. ... show more

    • Negative experience. Totally Waste of money
So I been buying a few of these insurance for some of the electric stuff I bought, this time; is for the phone I bought for the store; the phone had a lottt of issues, sometime can’t hear the customer or sometimes the customer not able to hear us, anyway; so it was after the 30 days return window, so I try to file a claim; ( I bought the 3 or 4 years ) called the 1-800 number does NOT work, they wanted me to chat so I did, it says not available?!?!?! Try to call Amazon; NO?!?!?! So I realize I spent the money not only for nothing but frustration!!!! The good news were it helps me to save a lot of money because I will NEVER buy this insurance EVER again. Because; 1st I bought insurance because I thought I could and I DO trust Amazon, but at the same time; I am not the kind of guy would support an company or brand that does NOT back up their products!!! ... show more

    • Always purchase Asurion protection plan
I purchased a Keurig Single Serve K cup pod coffee maker in 2023 and it unfortunately broke. I had as always purchased Asurion protection upon purchase of the item. Unfortunately a part of it broke so I reported it online and within days received an Amazon gift card for the purchase price.
