I purchased a Keurig Single Serve K cup pod coffee maker in 2023 and it unfortunately broke. I had as always purchased Asurion protection upon purchase of the item. Unfortunately a part of it broke so I reported it online and within days received an Amazon gift card for the purchase price.

    • I paid for repair insurance and they won't do it.
First they claimed it's under warranty. No, Crockpot is only 1 year. This is 1 year and 9 months later. Then upon further pushing, I was given the names of some repair company 6 hours away. Previous experiences with them are "we are waiting for parts" forever.

Blendjet for smoothies. Wonderful device when it works. Sadly, my third purchase. First one lasted 3 years and then it was recalled for defective fire hazard potential (I sent it back even though it was still working). Second one stopped charging about 18 months after purchase. And third one after 2 months, stopped charging. I won't buy anymore even though the price is very reasonable, even if it lasts only a year, but 2 months was rather unreasonable. ... show more
