Very satisfied with Asurion Protection. I have filed 2 claims and each one was fully refunded. The first one was for a chainsaw that kept leaking oil. They did not ask to have it sent back and refunded the purchase price immediately. The second one I was asked to send back and they provided a UPS return label. I dropped if off at UPS and within 2 hours had a refund to my Amazon account. No arguing or going back and forth, immediate refund of purchase price.

When I originally bought my XMcosy smart lamp I also bought a four year warranty through Asurion. This February my lamp went on the fritz. I made a claim with Asurion and got reimbursed the cost of the lamp. You can always have peace of mind with your Asurion protection plan, so much so that I bought another one for my new lamp.

We received an immediate response to our claim. Once we had the damaged product returned, Asurion had the gift card for replacement sent to us Immediately. The only reason we gave it a four star is that they did not give us a choice on how we wanted the monies returned. They gave us a gift card to Amazon, where we were purchasing a different product from another retailer. The choice should be given to the insured on whether to get an Amazon gift card or a Visa/Master Card gift card. Outside of that, we are very happy with the Asurion experience in this instance.

When the product I purchased malfunctioned and wouldn't work I contacted Asurion. I provided the order number, as well as a screen shot of what I ordered. Within 24 hours I was reimbursed and happy as could be. I'm glad I purchased the protection plan and do so now with every purchase when offered. Great feature, great service.
