Plan will not cover certain accidental damages, agent confirmed that it is very limited and depends if damages fall in line with asurion guideline. They define what accidents means and how it occurs. This is not a coverage such as an insurance, it is a limited warranty coverage that cover defects and misuse only, will not cover accidental damages. Buying this would be like taking a placebo pills to tell yourself your cover. Look else where I am.

Bought this for my sons Christmas gift. tried to file a claim in January but I could not because the toy did not have a serial number. I was finally able to get through to a person to start the claim in Feb/Mar. This is a service plan, they want you to do all the work pulling it apart and trouble shooting there are no service centers to take the toy to and to large to mail Here we are in May and the issue is not resolved, now we are past the return period. I have a $1000 toy that does not work.
