When we purchased the air hockey table, we weren't sure a warranty was necessary. Then, after two years, we experienced some problems. We had purchased the 3-year warranty and went ahead and sent in our questions about what to do regarding the issues we were having. They determined that the table was beyond repair and simply issued a gift card for the amount of a new air hockey table! We are thrilled! We bought a new one from the same company as the one we had and are so thankful that we bought the warranty. (We signed up for a 3-year warranty again.) And--we're so glad that the company was honest and good to its word!

Bought this for my sons Christmas gift. tried to file a claim in January but I could not because the toy did not have a serial number. I was finally able to get through to a person to start the claim in Feb/Mar. This is a service plan, they want you to do all the work pulling it apart and trouble shooting there are no service centers to take the toy to and to large to mail Here we are in May and the issue is not resolved, now we are past the return period. I have a $1000 toy that does not work.
