This was one of the most easiest transactions I ever did. I was not able to call because of work so i was able to use the chat assistance. Very simple and took no time to get every thing settled. 1st time Fitbit band broke right before year was up. (plastic piece on fitbit that holds it - a design/material flaw) - Fitbit MFG sent a new one. Almost a year later to the date, same piece broke on the new one. No mfg warranty so I called Asurion. No problems. Sent a picture, printed return label and as soon as I dropped pkg at UPS I received an email stating I had a gift card at Amazon for full amount. I chose gift card since I do a lot of online shopping. Great service. Great warranty - total peace of mind. You don’t need it until you need it. A few bucks. Buy it!

Super easy to up load your Amazon receipts to the Asurion website! File a claim is fast and easy, too. Plus if you need to ship item to them (like head phones) they provide you with a free shipping label. You get a response very fast & a refund in less than a week. Definitely worth the money!

The process was very simple. Log onto claims website, verify order number and coverage and follow instructions. They send you a prepaid label for shipping and settle your claim quickly!

I had a mic die on me and I had completely forgotten that I even had this protection plan. Well, when I remembered the plan, I made my claim about a month and a half before coverage expired. Absolutely no problems ... Asurion provided the return label to send back in my mic and then issued a refund almost immediately. While I hope I don't need to make claims on a regular basis, it's nice to know that Asurion can be counted on.
