I logged in and processed my claim with a fast response. The only issue I had was having to pull up my item: all of your item/purchases did not automatically pull over to assurion for some reason

I bought a pair of Logitech headphones that served me well at first, but the left side's audio started going in-and-out. Fiddling with the volume knob could bring it back into balance, but it was annoying. I think the manufacturer's warranty covered a year, but of course the device started to fail after a little less than two years. I kept Asurion's confirmation email bookmarked in my inbox since the day of purchase; it had an easy link to follow with a short questionnaire, and I printed off a prepaid shipping label. After taking it to a UPS dropoff point, I had a gift card code in less than 24 hours. Definitely worth the few bucks I paid.

They don't make things the way they used to, yet everything is getting more expensive. An Asurion protection plan is a great hedge against the future failure of your expensive purchases, paid for buy your hard earned money. I have had Asurion replace several of my purchases, saving me a lot of money. They always provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. It is a small investment with a good return.

Xbox controllers are almost guaranteed to develop stick drift in a year or 2. Bought the protection plan and it was very easy to redeem . They sent a shipping label and as soon as the controllers had shipped I received gift cards. I only took a star because I had bought 3 plans for each controller I had bought for my kids. And could only find info on 2 plans in my emails. Otherwise it was 5 star

Sincerely recommend, bought an Xbox controller and sure enough past 30 days it gets stick drift and Asurion gave us a full refund of the purchase price, quick and easy witha friendly rep. Definitely recommend for peace of mind.
