This plan was great. My husband’s hearing aid broke. The manufacturer wouldn’t cover repair. Asurion couldn’t repair it so they refunded us the entire cost of the hearing aids. BUYER BEWARE OF CHAIR NOT INSURANCE We purchased this when buying a massage chair through Amazon as well. Problem is the chair wasn’t what it was suppose to be, didn’t even get to review it but will look for it again. Tried to send back this chair approx. $1000.00 and the place told us we had to pay $250 to do so. What coverage is this?? We have a paper weight at this point.!! It is a good way for protecting your precious item. The price is reasonable and I had asurion in my other items and it reallly helps and they are fair and will do what they promise in their protection plan.
