No hassle refund to Amazon account within days of my appliance shutdown. Fair warning though, keep bigger boxes for returning items! Asurion paid for shipping, but I had to shell out $27 for box and packing!

Purchased the protection plan on a small kitchen appliance that stopped working correctly. I called Asurion, they took down the info and created a claim and a mail in label that they emailed to me. We boxed up our appliance and took to local UPS. They scanned the label and shipped it. We received an email from Asurion confirming their receipt of our package and 2 days later, we were told it was not fixable and they emailed us an Amazon gift card for the amount of the purchase of the appliance. The entire process was easy, efficient and what we expected. Thank you.

Absolutely will not purchase again. Bought it on a new Keurig latte. The latte part stopped working and all they said was send it in.the coffee part works! So u til they figure out what is wrong I can do without coffee. No thanks! I’ll go but new one. Waste of money!
