Quick, quick service. I shipped on Tuesday, received confirmation on Friday, and 1 hour later I was told that they were unable to fix my Tineco floor cleaner and it was much longer after that I had the purchase price from my 2023 order credited to my Amazon account. I was impressed by prompt handing of the issue related to iRobot Braava mop that was covered by Asurion protection plan. Initially their technical team tried to help me fix the problem remotely and when that was not possible had me send in the product at no charge to me. The warranty claim process was pretty simple. I had to pay about $50 for UPS to box the vacuum that stopped working. Thinking I should get reimbursed for this.
