Initially their technical team tried to help me fix the problem remotely and when that was not possible had me send in the product at no charge to me. Highly recommend! Robot vacuum stopped working after a few years. Filed a claim; received a prepaid shipping label; dropped it off at UPS; received an e-mail several days later which contained an Amazon gift card for the original purchase price. This protection plan was worth every penny!

My experience with asurion has been akin to being scammed. Seems like a scam/fraud in that they took my money for this "protection plan" and have pretty much refused to fix it or send replacement/money back. They received it and said it was fixed (got it back the exact same way with no fixes whatsoever). When I sent it back they said nothing is wrong with it. In short, they'll give you the run around, won't fix it, and will do everything possible to not reimburse you. No protection whatsoever. Communication with their foreign based customer service agents also sucks. Theyre not helpful at all. I would never purchase an asurion "protection plan" again. ... show more

Very happy with this service. Sent back robot vacuum that stopped working. Shipping was already paid for. They received it and responded to me promptly. They weren't able to fix it so fully reimbursed me full purchased amount.

Quick assessment of item returned & good communication with me. It was not repairable, so a full refund was issued as an Amazon gift card. I just wish they could refund it to the original payment method through Amazon.
