I want to start by say there custom service was above and beyond my expectations, I had an escooter technical and mechanical issue but luckily I had gotten 3 year protection plan. To be completed honestly It was worth it I thought it wouldn't cover a replacement but in fact they sent me a gift card of the entire amount I payed for my Escooter after I filled my claim it only took about 3days or even less. !!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO GET THIER PROTECTION PLAN !!!!!!

ASURION INSURANCE HEADACHE
IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD GIVE IT. THIS INSURANCE IS A HEADACHE TO DEAL WITH WHEN SUBMITTING A CLAIM FOR A PURCHASED PRODUCT. MY TABLET LITERALLY EXPLODED. NO EXAGERATION. THE SCREEN CRACKED THE SEAL BROKE THE CASING DESTORTED THE BATTERY WAS PUFFED UP BROWN SYRUPY DRIED GOOP ON SIDE OF BATTERY. THE BATTERY LOOKED STRANGE. IT WAS A FOIL PACK. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY TOOK A BATTERY AND THE FOIL WAS A PROTECTION IN CASE THIS HAPPENED, IF IT WAS A PROTECTION THANKFULLY IT WORKED. THE EXPLOSION WAS CONTAINED BUT TABLET DESTROYED AND WON'T TURN ON, PROBABLY ANOTHER SAFETY MECHANISM. STILL I HAVE SUBMITTED THE PICS FILLED OUT CLAIM FORM , 3 PICS, COPY OF PURCHASED INSURANCE, AND COPY OF PRODUCT RECEIPT. ALL WELL AND EXPECTED, EXCEPT THAT I HAVE HAD TO KEEP RESUBMITTING OVER AND OVER AGAIN, MAYBE THIS EIGHTH TIME WILL BE THE ONE.
