Warranty Start Date
The warranty start date was 15 day before I received the item. Amazon couldn't deliver when they said they would and delayed it several times. The warranty should only start AFTER delivery.

Worth it
I’ve bought this protection plan for multiple items. This one in particular was for a portable A/C unit. Purchased 4/2024, when installing it this year it malfunctioned. Warranty
Not thrilled that the warranty is via email. I am an “older person” and don’t really understand how all of that works not to mention how to make sure I do not lose that email. The unit itself is great.
