It's a very good machine we'll made and durable. It's chain driven with 10 levels, the seat is cushioned and very comfortable comes in 2 pieces with just a bracket to assemble. It was delivered in two days. It was extremely well packaged. I'm very happy with this rower.

We've purchased the Asurion protection plan for many many years. In the past, It was hit or miss. The last five years we've needed them, they've been great to work with. Asurion has been very helpful and do look for a resolution. Easy to understand and took their time to help. Recently, we've had two big purchases give us problems. I thought we lost our money, but saw we had the asurion protection plan. Asurion came through for us. Being able to buy a product and feel confident that if issues arise, there is a company in Asurion to protect you, that's a lovely thing to have! I'm always gonna buy Asurion with every big purchase - a must have for sure!

Warning!! The plan sounds great in the writing until it's time to file a claim. I purchased a 2 year sports equipment protection plan for a treadmill I purchased on Amazon. My treadmill died recently so I searched my dates on my Asurion protection plan and noticed that my plan is still good until Jan 24 2026. I filed a claim through Asurion, gave all necessary info, photos of my treadmill, amazon purchase date and they even asked for a copy of my Asurion plan, which I thought was odd, because most companies could look up on their end if someone has plan through them or not. Well, after all that my claim was still denied. I was told that my equipment was still good under manufacturers warranty. So I said ok I will check that. So another thing I think it odd. Just so happens my manufactures warranty expires the exact same day as my Asurion Warranty. So basically I can never use my Asurion until my manufactures warranty expires (seems scam like), which by then my Asurion protection plan will be expired. The manufacturer will not cover parts after 90 days so I plan to still fight with Asurion, however, Asurion is dragging out the process because maybe they are hoping my protection plan will expire soon!! Horrible!!! Scam company.

We bought this for an ebike we purchased on Amazon. The mfg warranty was for 12 months. At 13 months the bike would no longer charge. After contacting Asurion and without any hassles, we were issued an Amazon gift card for the full price we paid for the ebike. As a rule we don't add the extended insurance plans but considering the initial cost of the bike, the cost of the insurance plan, and the fact that we weren't familiar with ebikes at all, decided we would. Definitely glad we made that decision! Can't say enough about how great the final outcome was! Thank you Asurion!

I am glad that I've purchased this protection plan with my treadmill. When I started to notice some wrong things with my treadmill that I was not able to fix, I contacted asurion and right away they have issued me Amazon gift card with the amount of treadmill price that I've paid, with no requirement to return the item. Very satisfied!
