I was looking for a good rowing machine but wasn't as expensive as the ones in the gym. I bought a Merach air rower and it's comparable to the high end ones at the gym and the price was right. It's a very good machine we'll made and durable. It's chain driven with 10 levels, the seat is cushioned and very comfortable comes in 2 pieces with just a bracket to assemble. It was delivered in two days. It was extremely well packaged. I'm very happy with this rower.

I purchased the protection plan for an e-bike. The bike stopped working, and I filed a claim. That part of the process was easy. They emailed me a shipping label to ship the bike to them for inspection and repair if possible. It did cost $285 to ship the bike because I didn’t have the original box a year and a half after buying the box. Almost a month later, I still had no updates. I knew it had been delivered because of my tracking number, so I began frequent chats with Asurion reps requesting an update and/or refund based on my protection plan. After a few weeks of chats, I finally found out that the bike was being returned to me but not repaired, and I would await further instructions about my refund. The bike was, in fact, returned, I repaired and in a crushed box. I resumed my frequent chats. They wanted me to send it back again to Asurion. Why?!?! I was befuddled, dumbfounded, and confused. I finally got a phone number and after many attempts and escalations to “solutions teams” I was able to speak to a human on the phone, followed by a supervisor. Luckily I took a photo of the crushed box. Because I had that evidence, they were able to issue a refund for the purchase price of the bike to my Amazon account. It was a nearly 4 month odyssey of frustration, and although I finally got my refund, I don’t know if it was worth the hours I spent on Asurion’s chats, at UPS, and on the phone. I will purchase my next e-bike from a local store for hopefully improved customer service.

We've purchased the Asurion protection plan for many many years. In the past, It was hit or miss. The last five years we've needed them, they've been great to work with. Asurion has been very helpful and do look for a resolution. Easy to understand and took their time to help. Recently, we've had two big purchases give us problems. I thought we lost our money, but saw we had the asurion protection plan. Asurion came through for us. Being able to buy a product and feel confident that if issues arise, there is a company in Asurion to protect you, that's a lovely thing to have! I'm always gonna buy Asurion with every big purchase - a must have for sure!

Treadmill controller board failed just after a year of ownership. Placed a claim online with Asurion. Submitted supporting documentation including original invoice and correspondence with manufacturer. Full price of treadmill was refunded. Process was quick and seamless. Received reimbursement in about 5 days. Very happy with Asurion's service.
