We’ll I recently had to make a claim on a mini chainsaw . I had to explain my problem thoroughly but after explaining what my problem was they refunded my full amount I paid and I was able to get a much better saw with smart features for just a little more. Honestly , the way things are made and company’s disappear it’s worth the cost to buy Asurian insurance.

I could not believe it was so easy to make a claim. This protection was for a hose. I've been buying metal hoses for years and they all either kink, explode or have a puncture, therefore I purchased the protection. As always the hose advertisement stated it will not kink, it did. Therefore I made a claim and it was the easiest process ever. They issued an Amazon gift card for the purchase amount. I was ready to send them back the hose that is now in the garbage but they did not ask for it. The reason I keep buying metal hoses is because they are light.

I do not like the blower at all. It has very,very low power and does not hold power in the battery. I have purchased two previous blowers and I liked them a lot but I bought this one because it included two batteries, but this one was more expensive than others. II plan to return this coming week. I do not reccomend this blower.
