I am giving 5 stars, but I did have to return my vacuum twice. The first time it was cleaned and sent back but the wheel drive was not repaired. When I received it back the first time it had the same error message when used and so it would stop working and say call for service. I had to call and send back the next day again for repairs. Asurion was not able to repair it so I received a refund. I am super glad that I had purchased Asurion protection!

I was very satisfied with the service from Asurion. The process to resolve my problem was simple and hassle-free. I bought a vacuum from Amazon in 2024 and had to send it in for repair twice. The second time, instead of another repair, they gave me an Amazon gift card so I could purchase a brand-new replacement. I found the customer service fast, efficient, and very fair. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they truly made everything easy to resolve. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Asurion for the peace of mind and support they provide.

SO GLAD I purchased the 2 year protection plan with Asurion! After the battery charger died within months, and Amazon no longer sold it, Asurion reimbursed me so that I could purchase another one.
