The product I got this for (robot vacuum) conked out on me after the return period and even though the manual said it had a one-year warranty, that company's customer service ghosted me after a few email exchanges. Asurion came to the rescue and within 24 hours of me dropping off the item at the UPS store with the shipping label they gave me, I had my money back. Well worth the investment on electronics and appliances in my opinion.

I was able to easily find the warranty via Amazon purchase history, the process quick and easy and the warranty payout was also quick. I would strongly recommend getting a warranty incase anything happens to the product quality.
