They tell you that you are covered, You buy their insurance and it will be like it used to be, you break it you get a new one. From my experience, they are not the company they used to be. They ask for pictures, I send them pictures, this is repeated at least 3 times, I sent all information as requested...two weeks later they send me a message to go to a repair shop in a neighboring town, AND they want me to pay them more money before I can even go there. They want almost as much as I paid for the insurance to begin with and call it a "service fee" I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN. They are like a "bait and switch", just another scam,!

I tried working with the seller of my product but they did not help, it was already past the return date with Amazon because the seller took so long to not even do anything, Asurion then took over to try to help me. Since it was something that could not be fixed they issued a full refund as an Amazon gift card. They did a great job!!

They won’t stand behind their warranty. They do little to nothing to help you. Never will I buy it again.

The people at Asurion answered all my questions and took care of lots of confusion regarding protection plans. I did not need the product after all and they quickly took care of it.
